At Lamplighter Health, my goal is to make your experience supportive and centered on your wellbeing. Here are a few important details to help you know what to expect.
Appointments
First appointments are typically longer (about 2 hours), so we have plenty of time to explore your health history and needs.
Follow-up appointments are usually 45 minutes.
I do my best to begin and end on time so your care feels focused and unrushed. Occasionally, a session may run a little longer simply because I want to ensure you have the space to share and feel fully heard.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment and may be made with cash, check, or credit card. Please note: A $20 fee will be applied to any returned check due to insufficient funds.
Receiving Prescriptions
At Lamplighter Health, each case is carefully reviewed to ensure safe and effective care. Most prescriptions require thorough research and consideration of your health history, so they may take a day or two to prepare. This ensures that every recommendation is tailored specifically to your needs. Acute conditions that require urgent attention are prioritized and expedited whenever possible.
Remedies and Tissue Salts
As part of your care, remedies are recommended and provided directly through my office. This ensures:
Quality - Remedies are sourced from a trusted USA-based company known for their purity and consistency.
Accessibility - Remedies are made with sucrose (not lactose), making them suitable even for those with sensitivities.
Convenience - Remedies are available at your appointment or shortly thereafter, so you can being your care plan right away.
If needed, remedies can also be shipped (please ask about shipping costs).
Remedies and Tissue Salts are billed separately from consultation fees. Most remedies are $15; combination or specialty remedies may vary slightly. You are always welcome to obtain remedies elsewhere if you prefer. Please note, however, that I can only guarantee the quality and consistency of remedies provided directly through my office.
Scope of Practice
As a homeopath, my role is to support your overall health and wellness. Homeopathy is not a substitute for emergency or primary medical care. For urgent or life-threatening situations, please call 911 or seek medical attention immediately.
Communication:
The Client Portal is the best place to schedule, manage appointments, and access forms. You may also contact me by email (Jennifer@Lamplighterhealth.com), or via my direct line 508-948-7132. I do my best to reply within 1-2 business days.
Follow-up Care
Healing is a process, and it often unfolds in layers. Many clients find that follow-up visits every 4-6 weeks (or sometimes longer) provide the best support. Each session is your time. I am mindful of our time together, but what matters most is giving you the space to share and feel heard, so at times, sessions may naturally run a little longer. We’ll decide together what pace of care feels right for you.
Privacy
Lamplighter Health respects your privacy. This website uses only essential cookies needed for basic site functions, such as form submissions and page navigation. No marketing or tracking cookies are used unless you choose to allow them.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can make the time available to others. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. Thank you for understanding.
